ENTRENAMIENTO CRUZADO PARA EL CORRED@R DE MONTAÑA

Si has planificado la temporada para tener los grandes objetivos en  primavera o el verano, puedes usar el invierno para una preparación alternativa que te ayude a alcanzar tus objetivos.

Hoy te proponemos el  Entrenamiento Cruzado que consistirá en aplicar otros deportes para conseguir mejorar en el nuestro y alcanzar los objetivos previstos.

 

¿ Por qué es recomendable el uso del “entrenamiento cruzado”?

–          Como descarga psicológica, es bueno en ciertos momentos dejar la obligación de correr y disfrutar con otros deportes.

–          Como prevención de lesiones, si notamos molestias en alguna articulación y/o musculatura podemos buscar otro deporte que disminuya la carga sobre la zona y nos permita mantener nuestra condición física.

–          Para trabajar zonas de nuestro cuerpo que tenemos menos desarrolladas y también son necesarias para mejorar nuestro rendimiento.

–          Para cumplir con el principio de variabilidad de la práctica, cuantas más vivencias motrices tengamos mejor.

 

¿Qué deportes son ideales para el corred@r de montaña como “entrenamiento cruzado”?

–    El esquí de montaña o el esquí de fondo. Como ventaja es un excelente trabajo aeróbico, nos permite estar en la montaña, es transferible al running al 100%, es muy divertido y saludable a nivel físico y mental. Inconvenientes requiere de técnica, posiblemente desplazamiento largo y necesidad de material de elevado coste económico.

–       La BTT, es divertida nos permite compartir entrenamientos con otro grupo de deportistas, se trabaja a buen nivel fisiológico y con poco impacto sobre las articulaciones.

–          La natación es ideal para trabajar el tren superior, que solemos tener más abandonado al mismo tiempo que trabajamos la capacidad cardiopulmonar, es un entrenamiento sin impacto, nuestras doloridas articulaciones nos lo agradecerán. Inconvenientes que puede que nos pille lejos, sea algo cara la entrada y que necesitemos de un curso previo para mejorar nuestra técnica.

–          El GYM, aunque no nos guste es obligatorio pasar por él para realizar un correcto trabajo de fuerza , sobre todo de CORE, no es “ir a levantar piedras delante de un espejo” sino hacer entrenamientos funcionales de forma natural y para ello tenemos miles de posibilidades TRXCROSSFIT que nos van a permitir entrenamientos de mucha intensidad que trabajaran músculos profundos, pilates, “yoga”,  nos permitirán fortalecernos en cuerpo y alma, escuchando nuestro interior al ritmo de una respiración correcta, tonificando mientras respiramos. Cualquier clase colectiva aeróbica de alta intensidad para días que no dispongamos de luz solar para entrenar o con condiciones meteorológicas adversas.

Y lo más importante nos ayudará a recuperar mejor tras los entrenos largos del fin de semana y nos prevendrá de lesiones.

–          BAREFOOT aunque lo veas una fricada o cosa de locos, dedicar unos minutos a correr descalzo, te ayudará a aumentar tus sensaciones, fortalecer tus pies y a mejorar tu técnica básica para correr.
